I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not satisfied with the purchased items, please send it back in an original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Please make sure to include all the items in the order, including promotion items received for free as a part of the purchase. Our address is: The Magic Toy Shop, Unit 6 Edenbridge Trade Centre, Hever Road, Edenbridge, Kent, TN8 5EA. Please enclose a note with your order number

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

Yes we can replace the item, but please note that we recommend reordering a new item at the checkout as it will be much quicker. In order to send the replacement item, we need to wait a certain amount of time for the damaged item to be returned back to us.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Once we receive the item back from the Post Office, we will refund your payment. Please keep the Proof of Postage and ask your Local Delivery Office for one, in order to track the journey of the returned item.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment: VISA, VISA Debit, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Delta, Maestro, Solo, PayPal and ApplePay.

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

No. At this time themagictoyshop.com does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery service takes usually 2-5 working days. Add an extra 1-2 days to remote areas /excluding weekends and bank holidays/ to UK mainland addresses.

Do you have a next day delivery?

Due to Covid-19 we are not able to guarantee a next day delivery. But we have a Express Delivery. The express delivery service takes usually 1-2 working days to UK mainland addresses, add an extra day to remote areas. Depending on the product the item will be shipped either by Royal Mail or another courier company.

Where is my item?

The Standard Delivery take usually 2-6 working days and the Express delivery 1-2 working days. If you haven’t received the item between this time frame, please check in your local Royal Mail delivery office. Where you just need the delivery name and the address.

I received the item but is damaged. What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible, remember that we are here to help. In order to advise we just need your order number and a picture showing the damaged of the item. Our support team is here to help and sort the issue asap.

Do you have a catalogue?

Unfortunately, no. We are working on it and in the nearest future, we will take some extra steps in this direction. Now our website is showing only the products that are currently in stock.

Do you offer Live Chat support?

Yes we do! To get in contact with one of our live chat specialists, look for the Contact Us button located on the button left hand of the page. If you are unable to see this button you can leave a message for us.

How can I write a review on a product?

1 On any product page, scroll down and on the left-hand part of the screen, underneath the ‘Reviews’, you will see a button titled ‘Write a review’.

2 Once you click on that button you will see a Rating, Review Title, Review Body. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also insert your name, where you leave your email address.

4 Please ticked the "I'm not  robot" place.

5 Then, click on the green ‘Submit Review’ button.

Once you’ve submitted your review, it may take up to 5 business days for it to appear on the site.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?

Email us at support@themagictoyshop.com and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

Can I change the colour / design? 

Every product which has variations have an option to choose the colour or design of the item. Unfortunately, not all of our products have this option and some of them have variations of colours which are assorted and send randomly as it will be stated in the item description. So please keep an eye on it! In this case, we cannot grantee which colour/design we will send.

The Magic Toy Shop is a company based in the UK. Our selection contains products from categories such as kids toys, garden tools, inflatable items, campaign, kitchen items and much more. Our brands are The Magic Toy Shop, GEEZY and MTS which can be found on our website. We are selling products on huge marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc. But the most important for us is our costumers and their experience with our company. We are here to support them as much as we can and we are happy when they share with us many positive stories.

What are your shipping and return policies?

Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, The Magic toy Shop offers free shipping on all orders placed on the website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic shipping either. If, for whatever reason, you're not happy with your purchase just send your items back within 30 day and once we received the item we will refund your payment.
